It is easy to expand the desk with an external monitor, a projector or a television equipped with an HDMI interface as this adapter supports the transmission of both the audio signal and the Ultra HD 4K video signal with resolution up to 3,840 x 2,160 30 Hz. The adapter also offers 2 USB 3.0 ports to connect USB 3.1/3.0 devices /2.0 standard and to transmit data at high speed (5 Gbps), and 1 USB-C port Delivery Port / Data port to charge notebooks, tablets or smartphones that support Power Delivery technology. The original or universal power supply equipped with a USB-C connector can be inserted into this port to ensure continuous charging of notebooks, tablets or smartphones. This port also supports data transmission, therefore, it can be used to connect modern devices equipped with a USB-C connector (e.g. Ethernet adapter, USB flash disk…), however it cannot be used to transmit the video signal. The adapter can be used with MacBook Pro 2016, MacBook 2015, Chromebook Pixel 2015, Acer Switch Alpha 12, Dell XPS 13, HP EliteBook Folio G1, Asus UX390UAK and many other devices equipped with a USB-C connector. This connector offers many advantages, it has small dimensions and is reversible which makes it easier to insert into the port because you do not need to pay attention to the right direction. The compact size and low weight of this adapter will be appreciated especially when traveling. The tools are installed automatically when you connect for the first time.
