The Legrand UPS model Whad HE 3000 is an uninterruptible power supply with high frequency PWM technology, On Line Double Conversion type, through neutral, Nominal Power 3,000 VA 3,000 W, equipped with hermetic accumulator batteries regulated by valve, contained inside the UPS in a special compartment, sized to guarantee a minimum autonomy of 12 minutes at 80% load. The UPS rectifier is made up of a control and regulation circuit (PFC), which in addition to the functions of a normal rectifier provides for: automatically correcting the power factor of the load to bring it back to a value >0.99 already with a load applied at the output equal to 20% of the nominal load ensure a total harmonic distortion of the input current THDIin < 3% without the addition of filters or additional components. The bypass circuit is designed and built in accordance with what is described below: Electromechanical switch Logic command and control managed by a microprocessor which: automatically transfers the load directly to the primary network without interruption of the power supply, in the event of overload, overtemperature, direct voltage outside the tolerances and inverter anomaly conditions; automatically re-transfer the load from the primary network to the inverter line, without power interruption, when normal load conditions are restored; if the primary network and the inverter are not synchronized the bypass must be disabled. In order to protect the batteries from damage resulting from deep discharges, the minimum battery voltage threshold allowed varies automatically depending on the load applied (default setting), while still giving the user the possibility of selecting management with fixed voltage thresholds . Diagnostic and shutdown software (UPS Communicator), if appropriately installed on a PC connected to the UPS, allows you to access all operating data, make adjustments and settings of special functions and control the shutdown of Windows and Linux operating systems. An optional software (UPS management software) allows hierarchical multiserver shutdown and remote UPS management for any operating system in a heterogeneous network (Windows, Novell, Linux and the most popular Unixes). Whad HE is managed by a microprocessor and is able to display alarms and operating modes via a LED control panel as described below
